The Axis method
Assess. Build. Prove.
Every Axis program runs the same three-part engine. It is boring on paper and transformative in a body. Here is exactly how twelve weeks work.
01
Assess, weeks 1 to 2
A movement screen on video call plus baseline testing on the big four lifts. We find your levers and your leaks: what is strong, what is stiff, and what your desk has quietly taken from you.
02
Build, weeks 3 to 10
Three 45 minute sessions a week: four progressive lifts and a ten minute mobility block aimed at your assessment findings. Your coach reviews every logged session and adjusts weekly.
03
Prove, weeks 11 to 12
Retest week. Same lifts, same movement screen, real numbers next to your baselines. You leave with proof, a maintenance plan, and a body that holds the gains.

One rule above all
If it is not measured, it is marketing.
Axis does not promise energy, vitality, or your best self. It promises numbers: load lifted, range gained, sessions completed. Everything we claim, you test on your own body in week twelve.
